Before setting up your video assessment, make sure the following things are up and running:

 - Make sure that your webcam is connected to the computer

- Make sure you are connected to the internet

- Make sure that Adobe Flash Player has been updated to the most recent version (click here to check)

- Restarting your computer before taking the assessment can help avoid some technical issues.

- Close all other programs that may use your webcam, such as Skype.
